Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze health and benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and 401(k).
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and cost containment opportunities.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to health and benefits programs.
- Create data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to design and implement health and benefits programs that meet the needs of employees.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact health and benefits programs.
- Regularly report on the performance and cost of health and benefits programs to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Benefits and Health Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health and benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and 401(k).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Experience with presenting findings and research to senior management teams.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to health and benefits programs.
- Ability to help with cost-saving strategies
