If so, we are looking for a Permanent Civil Engineer - PM with PE to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from site development to residential subdivisions design, zoning analysis, utility design & layout, and stormwater management. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Civil Engineer - PM with PE, you will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Developing detailed designs for site development, residential subdivisions, and utility layouts using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit.
- Conducting comprehensive zoning analysis to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Managing and coordinating with teams of engineers, designers, and drafters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implementing innovative stormwater management solutions to protect and enhance our environment.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development, residential subdivisions design, zoning analysis, utility design & layout, and stormwater management.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong commitment to health and safety, with a proven track record of adhering to and promoting safe work practices.
