We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects, from the design and development of new structures to the renovation and improvement of existing ones.
Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Help with the preparation of inventory assessments, analyses, and reports.
2. Using Autodesk Civil 3D to create detailed designs and plans.
3. Conducting feasibility studies for proposed projects, evaluating potential sites, assessing environmental impact, and calculating cost estimates.
4. Collaborating with architects, contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Preparing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts.
6. Inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
7. Analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
8. Motivate team members through the creation of a positive work environment by providing mentoring, coaching, and training to assist in professional development.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Civil Engineering role.
3. Proficiency in using Autodesk Civil 3D.
4. Use of AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Deltek a plus.
5. Excellent communication and delegation skills.
6. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to manage and mentor team members.
8. PE Licensure is a plus.
