Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive engineering analyses and evaluations to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency in our projects.
2. Prepare and manage construction documentation, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
3. Perform design computations, developing innovative and effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
4. Utilize software applications such as WaterCAD, FlowMaster, and Navisworks to design, analyze, and optimize water and wastewater systems.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
6. Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify the accuracy of design computations and the quality of construction.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in the design and construction of infrastructure projects.
3. Proficiency in engineering software applications, including but not limited to WaterCAD, FlowMaster, and Navisworks.
4. Strong understanding of engineering analyses, construction documentation, and design computations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative engineering solutions.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
8. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
9. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development.
