1. Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless transition of new clients.
4. Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
6. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Negotiate and secure competitive insurance coverage for clients.
• Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
• Handle all aspects of account management including renewals, endorsements, invoicing, and claims.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, specifically in the mortgage industry.
• Proven experience as a commercial lines account executive or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge in property and casualty insurance.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related software.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
