This position will consist of office and contract management in our Huntersville, NC office. Additionally, there will be special projects and interaction and planning with field staff.

Job Details

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior administrative experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in coordinating project activities.
- Ability to conduct research, meet deadlines, and present written/ oral briefings.
- Competent decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to build and maintain professional and respectful working relationships at all levels.
- Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Working knowledge of email, text, office phones, and software.
- Self-motivated with collaborative attitude.
