Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities
- Develop financial models to support business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial guidance to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Utilize SAP to extract and analyze financial data
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in SAP and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
