Controls Engineer – Fond du Lac, WI
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves automation and innovation? Join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to creating high-quality products that make a difference in both human and animal nutrition.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, optimize and improve plant control systems.
Develop and program PLCs, HMIs, and automation tools.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to keep production running smoothly.
Stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge automation technology.
What You Bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related experience).
3 years in controls engineering (bonus if in food processing).
Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix programming, and HMI tools like FactoryTalk.
A proactive, safety-first mindset with solid project management skills.
