We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Coordinator.
This vital role is responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, developing, implementing, and maintaining our HACCP system.

Responsibilities :
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the HACCP system to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP standards and identify areas for improvement.
3. Provide training to staff on HACCP principles and practices, ensuring that all team members understand their role in maintaining food safety.
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of the HACCP system into all areas of our operations.
5. Investigate any food safety incidents, identify the root cause, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Keep abreast of changes in food safety regulations and industry best practices, and update our HACCP system as necessary.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. HACCP Certification is required.
3. Extensive knowledge of HACCP principles and practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train others and convey complex information in a clear, accessible manner.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HACCP management software.
8. A degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
