Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on legal issues related to corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, credit agreements, entity formations, and securities
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal issues
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on changes in corporate law
- Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings
- Work closely with other members of the legal team to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
- 3 years of experience practicing corporate law
- Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, credit agreements, entity formations, and securities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
