Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and strategies.
- Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations for training programs to address these gaps.
- Utilize a variety of training techniques and concepts to deliver effective training programs.
- Administer training to employees, ensuring that you deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
- Design, develop, and manage new training materials as necessary to meet the plan’s objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand departmental training needs and develop appropriate training programs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in the property management or real estate sector.
- Proven experience in identifying performance gaps and implementing training best practices.
- Strong knowledge of various training techniques, concepts, and strategies.
- Excellent ability to deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and effective training materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications in training or human resource development would be an advantage.
