JD or similar plus
- 2 Years of Corporate Transactions Attorney experience
- Experience counseling clients in sophisticated transactions such as joint ventures, debt offerings, VC financing, and Mergers and Aquisitons
- Experience working with Investors, Private Equity Firms, and Family Offices
- Excellent academic background, history of working for preeminent firms, and top-tier communication skills
- 1800 Billable hours , pro bono requirement, work from home, track to membership, and commitment to diversity!
