Jobot has an exciting opening for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join a long-standing and well known company in Northeast Philadelphia! This is not a remote position. It is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home.

You will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing analytics, and a solid background in data analysis and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various search engines and social media platforms.
2. Developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
3. Utilizing Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant sites for reporting and analytics.
4. Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
5. Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
6. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
7. Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
8. Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website.
9. Collaborating with designers to improve user experience.
10. Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
11. Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in key digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
3. Strong understanding of SEO and how to effectively implement SEO strategies.
4. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
5. Solid understanding of social media and how to engage the audience on these platforms.
6. Proficient in marketing automation technology and tools.
7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
