Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage the inventory accounting and cost accounting functions
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 6 years of experience in a senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost accounting
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with financial software and systems, including ERP and financial reporting tools
