Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of relevant clinical support, ancillary and administrative programs.
- Assists in the financial planning and performance of relevant departments.
- Responsible for the development of operational and organizational structure for relevant departments.
- Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Establishes standards of performance.
- Sets specific goals and objectives for areas under his or her purview.
- Establishes a framework for communication within the areas under his or her purview. Organizes interdepartmental meetings.
- Develops and implements operational controls to mitigate costs in areas such as procurement, payroll, etc and maximize efficiency and quality of care (not involved in delivery of healthcare)
- Assists in the administration of relevant collective bargaining agreements. Key player in labor relations, employee relations and personnel matters.
- Ad Hoc assignments and projects per CEO or Board Members
Requirements:
- Master's in Hospital Administration preferred
- Healthcare Management experience (5 years) preferred
