The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, maintaining and repairing machinery, and minimizing downtime. The role requires a strong background in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, equipment, union, steel, manufacturing, and industrial.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
- Maintain and repair production equipment, including conveyor systems, hydraulic presses, and other machinery.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control systems.
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control wiring.
- Work with other maintenance technicians to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues that impact production.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used, labor hours, and costs.

Job Details
- 3 years of experience
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
