- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employment Attorney, with a focus on discrimination defense.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
