Primary Responsibilities:
Oversees maintenance, repair and installation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and facilities systems and equipment (including dry cleaning plant) throughout the laundry. Work may require special skills of a plumber, electrician, painter, mechanic or HVAC mechanic. Lead, advise, train and able to perform all duties of personnel in lower grade positions. Is generally responsible for the proper maintenance and servicing of all equipment in the laundry. Supervises laundry engineering staff and coordinates PM and repair work with the Director of Laundry and laundry staff. Originates purchase orders and maintains adequate par stock parts, tools and supplies as needed. Able to make independent decisions, troubleshoot complex systems and equipment and direct general maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:
- 2 year college degree or 3 years of related work experience.
- Maintenance specialty certificate or license
- Able to read and understand blueprints, technical manuals, work orders, written instructions, etc.
