Job Details
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced EVITP Certified Electrician to join our team in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric vehicle technology, renewable energy systems, and experience working with EMT/Rigid Conduit. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electric vehicle charging stations for commercial and residential clients
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment in the renewable energy space
- Work with EMT/Rigid Conduit to install and maintain electrical systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications:
- EVITP certification is required (or must be eligible to receive certification)
- Journeyman Electrician certification is preferred
- 2 years of experience in the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and renewable energy systems
- Familiarity with EMT/Rigid Conduit installation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
