We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Fabricator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our technology-driven operations, where you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality products, maintaining machinery, and ensuring the smooth running of our production lines. The successful candidate will be a key player in our team, using their expertise in TIG, MIG, welding, pneumatics, pump, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance to enhance our production capabilities and uphold our commitment to technological excellence

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble various metal products according to job order, verbal instructions, and blueprints.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks to create and repair various components.
• Operate a variety of machinery, including cutting, drilling, and milling machines.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Utilize knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps to maintain and repair associated systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement fabrication processes and designs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Document all fabrication and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Experience in operating and maintaining various fabrication machinery.
• Solid knowledge of pneumatics, pumps, and hydraulics.
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
