Job Details
Your responsibilities are as follows:
- Run a profitable branch. You will be given a monthly P&L report for your branch.
- Follow all UWS safety policies and make sure all employees do the same.
- Follow all UWS procedures and guidelines.
- Review and approve all paperwork in the facility, including but not limited to A/R, A/P, quotes, C/P forms, etc.
- Provide accurate branch forecasts every week.
- Participate in our weekly sales and ops call.
- Manage your employees as needed to keep the branch operating properly and keep employee morale high.
- Ensure that all equipment leaving the facility is repaired, assembled, and tested properly and in accordance with UWS and API procedures.
- Be on 24-hour call and accessible via cell phone, unless on PTO or leave.
- Keep UWS prices, drawings, and related business confidential.
