Our legal firm is seeking a Permanent Family Law Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in various family law matters such as divorce, child custody, estate planning, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced attorneys who are dedicated to providing excellent legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, estate planning, and more
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and reliable legal advice
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Participate in negotiations and mediations to resolve legal disputes
- Represent clients in court proceedings and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges to advocate for clients' interests
- Manage client relationships and maintain client confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and legal procedures
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of California
- 2 years of experience as a family law trial attorney
- Experience in family law, divorce, custody, and estate planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent legal services to clients
