Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its team.

1. Manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and other domestic relations cases.
2. Conduct legal research and gather evidence for trials and hearings.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
4. Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
5. Provide legal advice to clients on their rights and responsibilities.
6. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
7. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect your clients in the area of family law.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and work to provide exceptional customer service.
9. Work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar.
3. 0-2 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
6. Proficient in legal research and writing.
7. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Eager to learn and develop new skills.
9. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
