Job Details
We are in search of a seasoned attorney with a minimum of four years of experience practicing family law and courtroom expertise, who is also admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts, to fill our current vacancy. The ideal candidate should possess the capability to oversee multiple cases independently while also excelling in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical abilities are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Preparation for and representation in court proceedings, depositions, confidential conferences, etc.
Creation of pleadings, legal correspondences, memoranda, and contractual agreements.
Client consultations and communication with opposing counsels, court personnel, and specialists.
Examination and assessment of discovery materials.
Conducting thorough legal research.
Deadline management and task delegation as necessary.
Providing supplementary support to the partners as requested.
