We are fast-growing Real Estimate Firm in Pasadena, California! Our company was founded in late 1960s and has become the industry leader in HUD, Senior Housing, and Section 8 housing across the state of California! Due to the growing demands of our services, we are hiring for a talented Finance Manager to join our diverse team!

Title: Finance Manager
Location: Pasadena, California
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

Job Details
  • Direct and review the work of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for multiple entities
  • Review 990 tax returns on behalf of our sites and customers
  • Point of Contact for point of contact for multiple entities mandated yearly single audits
  • Ensure all filings, including Welfare Exemptions and 571-L filings, are done timely
  • Maintain banking relationships with specialized bankers

What you need for this role:

  • BS in Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Experience with HUD regulations
  • CPA is a nice to have
