Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate and improve internal controls and financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
