Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, staffing, and training.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Supervise and motivate front desk staff to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve front desk operations.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments.
- Ensure that all front desk equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
