The ideal candidate would either have a background in or an interest in fintech, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Go/Golang

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Go
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure all software solutions are aligned with business requirements and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with Go/Golang
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and thoroughly.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
