Job Details
The Help Desk Support Analyst identifies problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to resolve user PC problems. The ideal candidate will be able to provide level one technical support and active directory to corporate and field users.
You will be offering support on the following, and will be able to answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, email, voicemail, and in-person inquiries for assistance:
A college degree and 3 years experience working on a corporate help desk supporting remote locations and users, including using call tracking systems and remote management tools is required. MS certifications or professional help desk certifications are also a huge plus!
