Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a Permanent HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Partner with the HR team to implement and maintain HR systems, including ATS systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee development and career planning.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- PHR or CHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
