Leading recruitment efforts for hourly and salaried positions.
Leading onboarding activities and working to enhance processes to ensure a positive and informative introductory experience.
Coordinating employee social and wellness activities.
Collaborating with the Management Team to re-imagine and deploy policies and practices that ensure an engaging, inclusive, rewarding and safe workplace experience.
Gathering, interpreting and presenting data that offers insights into our operations, and provides the basis for ongoing improvements.
Providing support for various human resource functions, including benefits administration, and payroll/timekeeping processes.
