We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Generalist to join our fast-paced Engineering company. As a Permanent HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operations of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in human resources, recruiting, onboarding, training, and administrative support to contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Engineering industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Conduct new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into our organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, focusing on technical and non-technical areas.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related documents, and managing HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and the ability to create a positive and engaging experience for new hires.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
