Job Details
Our HR Generalist will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day HR operations and will be involved in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Implement and manage compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain high-quality employees.
- Manage and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring all employees understand and comply with them.
- Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with ADP or equivalent HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and dealing with employee relations.
- Expertise in managing compensation and benefits packages.
- Proven experience in recruitment and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
