Job Details
Responsibilities :
As a Contract HR Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our human resources operations. Your duties will include :
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including developing job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
2. Coordinating new hire orientations and training programs to provide a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
4. Conducting research on HR best practices, trends, and benchmarks, and making recommendations for improvements.
5. Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
7. Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.
2. Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
3. Proven experience in recruitment and providing a positive new hire orientation experience.
4. Excellent research skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and report findings.
5. Experience in creating effective job postings to attract top talent.
6. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement them effectively.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
