Job Summary:
We are seeking a Journeyman HVAC Superintendent with experience in multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in multi-family projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians.
- Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for HVAC systems.
- Monitor HVAC systems for performance and efficiency.
- Identify and address any HVAC issues in a timely manner.
- Develop estimates and cost savings measures for HVAC projects.
- Maintain accurate records of HVAC systems and projects.
Requirements:
- Journeyman level HVAC certification.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Experience in multi-family projects.
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations
