Our organization, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Permanent Inside Sales Representative. This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our business, acting as the primary point of contact between our company and its clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, with a particular focus on the chemical and gas sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success while developing your skills and expertise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Inside Sales Representative, you will

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the chemical and gas sectors to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to reach target markets and increase sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing updates and feedback to the team and management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Inside Sales Representative role, you must have

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the chemical and gas sectors.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on chemicals and gases.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
