Job Details
Job Summary:
As an Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in handling conversion projects across multiple databases. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing integration processes, including development, review, and documentation. Proactive measures to understand business needs and ensure timely integration will be a key focus. Collaboration with internal teams to align the integration project plan with business requirements is essential. You will manage multiple conversions through a detailed project plan, develop and nurture relationships with agencies, provide implementation consultations, and monitor progress. Conducting project status calls, evaluating current agency systems, and crafting action plans to meet expectations are also part of your role. Additionally, you'll review and update conversion reports, manage or oversee project data mapping, and regularly update the manager on any pertinent issues.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software is mandatory.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience using Applied Epic agency management software.
Experience in implementing CSR24, Epic Quotes, and Indio is preferred.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected.
Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus.
