Job Details
Our Engineering firm is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for a variety of projects. This is a permanent position with room for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to create detailed architectural plans and drawings using Revit, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other software as needed.
- Assist with site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure accuracy of plans.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and timelines.
