We're a South Florida based General Contractor with 50 years of experience. Our expertise include a wide-variety of construction verticals such as Class A Offices, Industrial, Retail, and Multifamily Construction. Majority of our work is within the multifamily sector as we have successfully built 50,000 apartment units since establishment. Our annual volume consistently exceeds $250,000,000.
We also have a self-performing concrete structures division that has been established for 40 years and specializes in tunnel form, post-tensioned slabs supported by flying forms, tilt-up construction, and precast joint assemblies.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Prior experience completing multifamily construction projects as a Lead Superintendent
- Ability to take a project from dirt through closeouts
- Strong management & leadership skills
- Procore Experience
- Prior experience building in South Florida
- College Degree or equivalent field experience
Functions:
- Responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors’ work
- Shares responsibility with the Project Manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase,
and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures.
- Manages and mentors Assistant Supers and other field personnel.
- Project Scheduling (prefer P6 experience)
- Site Logistics Planning
- Project Administration, Operations, and Close-out
- Grow and foster strong working relationships with onsite personnel, subs, owners, vendors, and partners
