We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience, creditor representation preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex litigation cases, and working closely with a team of dedicated legal professionals. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be integral in shaping the direction and strategy of our legal proceedings and be responsible for representing our client's interests.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case proceedings.
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in pursuit of favorable outcomes.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of creditors in a manner that aligns with their best interests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand their legal rights and obligations.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the effective management of all cases.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect our clients and their cases.
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have an active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, creditor representation preferred.
• Proven track record of representing creditors in court and achieving favorable results.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to creditor rights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
