Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair issues with PLC, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in PLC, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development activities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field or relevant certification is a plus.
