Job Details
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a common message and brand is consistent and communicated across every platform.
- Manage all marketing materials, including marketing calendars, deliverables for all conferences, all platforms, sales collateral, website content, and social media posts
- Plan and execute conferences, events, and webinars to generate leads and engage with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage digital media campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Manage budgets and timelines for all marketing initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in a marketing management role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital media, events, and conferences
- Experience developing marketing materials, including sales collateral, website content, and social media posts
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
