Job Details
As a National Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong customer relationships within assigned region. You will develop strategies to increase regional revenue by satisfying customer needs and special requests, utilizing consumer research to optimize potential revenues and cultivate customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Foster long-term relationships with retailers
- Conduct dealer calls to enhance product awareness and assist with in-store merchandising.
- Research product availability and providing customers updates on availability
- Ensuring web content is accurate (pricing and quantity available)
- Working with production to ensure product availability
- Build, maintain, and expand business with active clients
- Customizing presentations to share with clients
Your background
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of CPG account management experience
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (PowerPoint, Outlook, Advanced Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical, Adaptable & a Team Player
