Reputable No Fault law firm that is looking for a qualified attorney to handle hearings with the American Arbitration Association.
This job is open to those who are willing to work full-time. Our office is open from 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are located in Massapequa, New York. At this time, remote work is not available, although it may turn into a hybrid position. Salary will be determined based upon experience.
Our firm is hiring a New York admitted attorney. You must be currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Responsibilities
Our office strictly handles No Fault arbitrations filed with the American Arbitration Association. Familiarity with No Fault is a plus, but not required. We are looking for an attorney to primarily prepare for and attend Zoom hearings. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing documents from insurance carriers, determining the proper fee schedule, and settling cases according to certain parameters. You will work closely with our clients to get all documentation required for the hearings, and may need to input data from the American Arbitration Association website to maintain updated excel sheets.
