Our client is an outpatient physical therapy practice that was recognized as America's Practice of the Year by the American Physical Therapy Association. The providers at their practice assist patients with acute back and neck pain, injuries sustained from sports or work-related activities, and facilitated successful outcomes for patients following different types of orthopedic and neurosurgery procedures.
They are looking to add a Physical Therapist to their team! Full-time and part-time positions are both available. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are both encouraged to apply.

Job Details
The Physical Therapist will be joining our client's growing outpatient physical therapy practice. They have full-time or part-time opportunities available. Experienced or new grad Physical Therapists are welcome!
Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Utilize your expertise in orthopedics, PT, and OT to provide effective treatment for patients with a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, workplace injuries, and neurosurgery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for rehabilitation exercises and activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
Qualifications:
- Current state of Texas license
- Experience in inpatient/outpatient/orthopedics/sports medicine preferred but New Grads are welcome!!
