Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the patient's condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.
2. Help patients to improve their mobility, relieve their pain, and prevent or limit their physical disabilities.
3. Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and teach them how to use medical equipment properly.
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and coordinate patient care.
6. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques.
7. Maintain patient records and write reports on patients' progress.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and practices in physical therapy.
