As an Architectural Project Manager, your role will be multifaceted and integral to our company's success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the planning and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.
2. Collaborating with a diverse team of architects, engineers, designers, and other professionals to develop design concepts and architectural layouts.
3. Utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
4. Managing the project lifecycle, including conceptualization, design, construction, and evaluation.
5. Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
6. Leading meetings, presentations, and consultations to discuss project progress and resolve any issues or challenges.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Architectural Project Manager role will have a strong background in architecture and project management, along with the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural project management.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
4. A strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
6. A proven track record of managing architectural projects to successful completion.
7. An ability to solve complex problems, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
