Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our thriving team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills in project coordination, CRM, customer relations, spreadsheet management, communication, planning and scheduling, time management, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
2. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
3. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
4. Conducting risk assessments for projects.
5. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
6. Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
7. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
8. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
9. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
10. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
11. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
12. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
2. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
3. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
4. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
5. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
7. Hands-on experience with WennSoft and Filemaker. Sage Timberline is a plus
8. Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
