We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Engineer to join our team, specializing in Underground Pipelines in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of underground pipeline projects, including water, wastewater, storm, and stormwater systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about construction, engineering, and infrastructure and wants to make a significant impact on our community.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of underground pipeline projects, including design, planning, construction, and maintenance.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and local authorities.
3. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
6. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
8. Utilize advanced engineering techniques and tools to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of pump stations and utilities.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on underground pipelines preferred.
3. Proven experience with water, wastewater, storm, and stormwater systems.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating.
6. Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
