Our rapidly growing Engineering firm is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager and Estimator for Foundation Drilling. This unique and challenging role requires a dynamic individual who possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of foundation drilling, soil analysis, and construction project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of foundation drilling projects from conception to completion, as well as providing accurate and competitive cost estimations for potential projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and financial acumen, offering a diverse and rewarding work experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of foundation drilling projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
2. Conduct comprehensive soil analysis to ensure safe and effective drilling operations.
3. Develop and present detailed project proposals and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
4. Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
5. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability.
7. Maintain a safe working environment by complying with all safety procedures and regulations.
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
9. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
10. Continually enhance knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the foundation drilling industry.
3. Proven experience in construction project management and cost estimation.
4. Extensive knowledge of soil analysis and foundation drilling.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong financial and business acumen.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
10. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and promoting a culture of safety.
11. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
